The collection consists of papers of the Paul H. Langdon family of Augusta, Georgia from ca. 1782-1962 with the bulk between 1884-1962. The papers include correspondence, financial records, wills and estate papers, indentures, land grants, genealogical materials for the Langdon family, and court records. The materials document the activities of the Langdon family including information on Paul Langdon's business interests particularly property and stocks and bonds sales, as well as the family's involvement with the Goldfield Deep Mines Company (Nev.).
